Sofia

Sofia has spent the past eight years guiding people through plant medicine work, facilitating psychedelic retreats and ceremonies with a range of sacred plant medicines. Her training comes from both worlds: she has worked and learned alongside indigenous shamans as well as experienced western facilitators, and she carries deep respect for the traditions these medicines come from.

Alongside her retreat work, Sofia works as a relationship coach and intuitive guide, helping women understand the patterns that shape their lives and relationships. That depth is present in everything she does. She has a rare ability to see what sits underneath a story, and to hold space for it without judgment.

Within the retreats, Sofia leads psilocybin ceremonies and facilitates cacao ceremonies, breathwork, sacred rage release, inner child healing, and energy healing. Her focus is always the same: creating a space safe enough that you can finally stop holding everything together, and honest enough that real change can begin.

Participants often describe her presence as warm, grounded, and direct. Sofia will not tell you what you want to hear. She will walk beside you till you find what is true for you, and she will remind you of your true power and who you truly are.
